Exclusive Hire Contract

​This contract is with Wee Adventurers Play Hub (we, us, our) All bookings made with us are governed by our Terms and Conditions at any time (viewable on website) it is your responsibility as the hirer to read and understand these T&Cs when making a booking and paying your deposit.

1. Check availability of date and time required by email or social media message.

2. Our acceptance of  your deposit and when the party is confirmed, at this point a contract comes into place with you and us. All bookings will be confirmed by Wee Adventurers Play Hub upon receipt of a booking.

3. The price of exclusive hire is £200 for up to 20 children.

4. A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking on confirmation. An invoice will be sent.

5. Any balance remaining will be due on the day of hire.

6. Any changes to the booking must be received by email and agreed by Wee Adventurers Play Hub prior to your Hire.

7. All prices are subject to change at any time (excluding confirmed bookings)

8. Exclusive hire includes a  buffet of sandwiches, crisps, fruit, hot food with chicken nuggets and cocktail sausages.  A party bag for each child and the choice of a happy birthday banner and colour scheme.

9. Food served at the party may contain allergens it is your responsibility to let us know of any allergies and dietary requirements 48 hours in advance of your exclusive hire. Details of our allergens in our food can be obtained.

10. You get 2 hours when paying for exclusive hire. Your entire party has to leave the premises at the allotted time.

11. Our staff are not responsible for supervising the party and are only required to provide the food and assist in the cafe.

12. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is misbehaving (or treating to misbehave) in an appropriate manner or is acting in breach of our rules of play. (displayed in the Play Hub)

13. You can always end the contract before the party has taken place. You should contact us via email. In the event of your cancellation, the deposit is forfeited – as it is non-refundable. However, if more than 24 hours notice is given the deposit can be transferred to re-book on another day, subject to availability.

14. No body else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of its terms.
