What You'll Find
Emerald Park is a great choice if you want to pack a huge variety of fun into one day. It caters really well to a wide range of ages, which helps enormously if you've got younger children who want the Junior Zone and older ones after the bigger rollercoasters.
The Junior Zone and Tír na nÓg are designed for younger children, with smaller rides, playgrounds and play areas that are easy to navigate. For older children and thrill-seekers there are bigger rollercoasters and family rides. As well as the rides, the zoo and animal areas are a lovely way to break up the day, and shows and seasonal attractions add variety through the year.
There are plenty of food stops, toilets and practical facilities around the park, which helps when you're there for a full day with different ages, and a large on-site car park with designated accessible spaces makes arrival straightforward. The Queue Assist Pass and sensory resources are available for families who need them.

Before You Visit
Ride height restrictions vary, so check everyone's height before booking — ticket type depends on which rides you want to access. Children aged 0–2 enter free. Some rides or attractions can close because of weather or operational reasons, so check before travelling if there's something specific you want to do.

- ⭐Check heights before you choose tickets — ticket type depends on which rides you need
- ⭐With mixed ages, plan a few must-do rides for each child rather than dragging everyone around together
