Nothing in a paid listing should be interpreted as an independent endorsement by Wee Adventurers unless explicitly stated.
Play Hub bookings
How bookings are made and accepted
Bookings for Play Hub sessions are made through our online booking system. For group visits or parties, please contact us and we will inform you of the booking process. Our acceptance of your booking takes place when we email you to confirm it, at which point a contract comes into existence between you and us. If we are unable to accept your booking we will inform you and will not charge you.
Sessions, group visits and parties
Each Play Hub session is 90 minutes. The door is unlocked at the beginning of the session. Group visits and parties are available subject to separate arrangements confirmed at the time of booking.
Prices and payment
The price per child is payable on booking. Prices for sessions, party packages and any add-ons are as displayed on our website at the time of booking. We may cater for dietary and allergen requirements where notified in advance.
Changes to bookings
If you wish to make a change to your booking, please contact us immediately. We will let you know if the change is possible and inform you of any changes to the price or other details.
Cancellations and refunds
All tickets are strictly non-refundable. However, we understand that with little ones situations can arise. With a minimum of 48 hours’ notice we will try to transfer your booking to an alternative available date.
For leisure services booked for a specific date or period, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
