What You'll Find

Wildlands in Moycullen is an impressive spot for a family adventure, and what strikes us most is that it genuinely caters to all ages. It's not just for older children chasing the thrill of high ropes; real care has gone into the areas for younger ones, which makes for a smooth day out where everyone feels included.

For younger children, Baile Beag is a charming role-play village of miniature streets, shops and houses designed for imaginative play, aimed mainly at ages 3–8 with a designated area for under-3s. There's also a playground and fairy trails winding through the woodland. Older children and thrill-seekers have climbing walls, zip lines, high ropes and outdoor adventure activities to get stuck into, and the mix of gentle and high-energy options makes it easy to tailor the day to your family.

The Olive Tree Kitchen and coffee options on site mean you can happily stay for several hours without needing to leave, which helps when different ages are doing different activities. There's ample on-site parking including disabled parking, and a mix of indoor and outdoor activities so you can adapt if the weather changes.

Before You Visit

Activities are booked separately and have different age, height and access requirements — Baile Beag is aimed mainly at ages 3–8, with designated areas for under-3s. Booking is strongly recommended for activities as schedules vary. Some adventure activities are not wheelchair accessible, though the main building is.
