Santa's Workshop at W5

About this event
Santa's Workshop at W5 takes families deep into the North Pole, tucked inside AMAZE on Level 4. Follow the twinkling lights to the snowy workshop where Santa's reindeer are being readied for their busiest night of the year, lend the elves a hand, and help power the Christmas Spirit Generator by writing or drawing something you are thankful for. There are festive surprises and hands on Christmas activities throughout, and the whole experience is indoors, so it works whatever the weather does. The highlight is a one to one visit with Santa in his grotto, where children share their Christmas wishes and each receives a magical Heart of Love plus a festive photo keepsake for the family. Children aged two and over then join the elves in Santa's Toy Workshop to stuff their very own teddy bear using that Heart of Love, while under twos are given a cuddly North Pole friend prepared in advance. Afterwards your child can name their new friend and receive an official personalised birth certificate. A festive drink and snack for the family is included along the way. Tickets are £25 per child aged two and over, £10 per child under two and £15 per adult, and the price includes general admission to W5 as well as the workshop, the gift, a photo keepsake per family and the festive refreshments. Ordinary W5 admission does not include Santa's Workshop, so the experience needs its own ticket. It runs on selected dates from 28 November to 23 December 2026 with time slots through the day, and spaces are limited and booked by slot, so it is worth booking early.
