Full Description
Orangefield Park is a handy free family outing in East Belfast, with a playground, walking paths and plenty of open space to enjoy. It's great when the wee ones need a good play but you'd also like somewhere for a little walk afterwards.
Start at the playground, then head out into the wider park. The paths give children something to explore beyond the play equipment, while the grassy areas are ideal for a picnic, a game of football or simply letting off steam. It's a lovely spot to enjoy some fresh air without having to travel far from the city.
Bring scooters or a ball if your children enjoy them, and allow a little extra time for exploring. Sometimes a playground and a wander around the park are all you need for a good afternoon.
